Location: Irvine, CA



Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Technologent, a global solutions integrator specializing in Modern Cloud, Cybersecurity, Generative AI, Observability, Data, and Intelligent Automation and Orchestration. As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our product and framework offerings in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of innovative, high-impact solutions for our enterprise customers, helping them optimize their technology infrastructure and transform their business.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for frameworks and offerings that leverage Modern Cloud, Cybersecurity, Generative AI, Observability, Data, and Automation.
  • Align product goals with business objectives, ensuring a clear connection between product development and organizational strategy.

2. Backlog Management
  • Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements with development feasibility.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into well-defined user stories, with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the development team understands the “why” behind each user story to maintain alignment with the overall product vision.

3. Agile Collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scrum teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Development teams, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Work in sync with other Product Owners to manage dependencies across teams and ensure consistency in shared vision and roadmap.

4. Market & Customer Research
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and automation that inform product development.
  • Gather customer feedback, analyzing pain points and preferences to continuously refine product direction.
  • Work with sales and engineering leadership to develop pricing strategy

5. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, balancing needs between stakeholders such as engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
  • Provide regular updates on product progress, status, and future roadmap, ensuring alignment across departments.

6. Performance Metrics & KPIs
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and customer satisfaction, using data to guide decisions.
  • Use analytics to assess product success and identify areas for continuous improvement.


7. Sales Readiness
  • Coordinate Architecture, Deployment and Day 2 Support Plan with stakeholders across PS, engineering and delivery
  • Co-develop with engineering and delivery management a 3rd party supplier support matrix


Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in a technology or solutions integration company with a focus on Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Observability, Data, or Automation.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodology and practical experience in a Scrum-based environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity principles, AI models, observability tools, and automation technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences and managing stakeholder expectations.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.

Annual Salary Range is $90,000 to $140,000 depending on experience. The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectations at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. [This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program]
