At OnWay Transport, we specialize in recruiting Drivers who are dedicated to delivering essential medical supplies across the nation. The expectation for both our clients and drivers is exceptional customer service. As an Onboarding Recruiter, your role will involve collaborating with our recruiting leaders to fulfill the company's growth objectives and to source the most qualified drivers for our esteemed clients.

What does an Onboarding Recruiter do?
The primary duties of an Onboarding Recruiter include:

• managing job advertisements
• reviewing job applications
• selecting suitable candidates
• approving onboarding paperwork
• matching our clients with skilled drivers
• supervising daily office operations
• ensuring the completion of assigned tasks

Check us out:

Full Time Day Shift: Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm. (Onsite Role).

Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in a Onboarding, Recruiter and/or HR role with strong system/software and customer service experience required.
• 2 years’ experience working with any of the following: Recruiting Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, HR, Sales, or Transportation Management Systems.
• Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Advanced experience level working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Job Boards, and Job Postings).
• Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment. (Logistics preferred).
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
• Superb conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor degree: Business, Management, Leadership, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field is strongly preferred but not required .
