Job Summary: Thomas KIA of Highland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Used Car Salesperson. This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry, located in Highland, Indiana. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for helping customers find and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a challenging, yet rewarding opportunity for a driven and dedicated individual to advance their career in the automotive industry. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $150,000 per year, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed established sales goals and targets for used vehicle sales
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information for all in-stock vehicles
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits to potential customers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales with customers to ensure a win-win agreement
• Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-in evaluations
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales and financing
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service skills

Requirements:

• Be HAPPY, EXCITING, ON TIME and READY to MAKE MONEY
• SPANISH speaking would be a HUGE PLUS
• CLEAN, HEALTHY LOOK is a MUST
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
