ServiceNow Architect

Location : Hybrid, Tampa, Florida
Contract : Initial 6+ Months, with scope for extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Ensure the technical health of the ServiceNow instance, covering areas such as instance strategy, governance, data management, and integrations.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and long-term success.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams, fostering mentorship and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and optimize processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation , including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Drive the resolution of complex issues through analysis and problem-solving.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee the implementation of custom integrations , including REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Expertise across various ServiceNow modules , including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM, CSM, CMDB/Asset, Knowledge Management, SLM, Service Catalogs, and custom applications.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years as an Architect .
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow implementation , customization, and architecture.
• Strong experience in implementing custom integrations and managing system complexity.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.

Desired Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and others .
• Strong documentation skills and experience in creating system architecture and integration guides .
• Expertise in technical governance and long-term system strategy.
