Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure execution against them.
• Coordinate and manage resources across different teams and departments with matrix management responsibilities.
• Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee a product backlog, ensuring features are delivered efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate project obstacles, providing timely escalation when necessary.
• Participate in test planning, case reviews, and execute necessary updates.
• Facilitate data mining for the development of test scripts.
• Support SIT/UAT testing by addressing defects and monitoring through ALM.
• Craft and execute implementation plans, including validation efforts.
• Complete Change Management deliverables and technical validations during production installs.
• Manage post-install defect resolutions with relevant teams.
• Provide production support including problem analysis and resolution assistance.
• Ensure the timely completion of Application Governance & GIS deliverables.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively, maintaining flexibility with shifting project priorities.
• Maintain clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate a basic knowledge of JIRA for project tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and take ownership of project assignments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Business or Technology or relevant college diploma.
• 5-7 years of direct experience in a project leadership role.
• Business Banking domain experience.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Change Management practices and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Project, and Visio.
