We are actively seeking for Head of Order Management (OM) for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) organization. RSC organization sources, manufactures, delivers a portfolio of robotics technology globally and supports our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. OM team is responsible for execution performance for Amazon Robotics customers. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end deployment order management, problem service resolutions, post-deployment support, internal material requisitions, delivery troubleshooting, supply gap troubleshooting and inventory health review.
You work cross functionally to identify and deliver value for AR customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain, domain expert to dive deep into the supply chain processes, along with the supply chain technologies required to scale order management function for the next three to five years.
This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the improvement of OM function. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders. You will lead the OM team and own on-time delivery performance for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) customers. Your goal is to develop/deliver innovative processes to scale OM function through systems automation. You will be a thought leader on supply chain delivery excellence, good communicator, and ability to build relationships with internal customers.
Key job responsibilities
•Lead the OM function, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain high bar of delivery excellence
•Present confidently to Amazon executives as well as other large audiences
•Actively supporting and fostering a culture of inclusion, hire and develop OM talent pool
•Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
•Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 7+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
