Media & Ad Operations Specialist (Remote)

In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver results for our clients.

About the Role: As the Media & Ad Ops Specialist, you'll be responsible for trafficking, scheduling, and maintaining digital ad campaigns within our ad tech systems. You will work closely with various teams, including Media Trading, Strategy & Planning, and Digital Account Management, to ensure that campaigns are properly set up, executed, and optimized to achieve desired results. You'll also handle tasks such as creative quality assurance (QA), troubleshooting, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure campaigns are launched on time and set up correctly
Perform pre-launch QA, testing creative functionality and technical specs, as well as verifying third-party trackers for accuracy
Provide technical QA support for ad serving, collaborating with platform support and engineering teams as needed
Maintain and update ad specifications, trafficking procedures, and workflow processes
Deliver screenshots or preview links when campaigns go live
Monitor campaign performance and provide reports, including billing support
Build and manage audiences for campaign setup
Prepare and deliver post-campaign wrap-up reports
Collaborate with product teams and leaders to test new features and provide feedback
Identify opportunities to improve workflow processes and enhance cross-team collaboration
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Math, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or Trafficking
Experience working with digital media ad servers (experience with Digital Out of Home ad serving is a plus)
Knowledge of supply-side and demand-side ad tech (experience with Xandr DSP is a plus)
Familiarity with online creative formats like HTML5, Javascript, Flash, and Rich Media
Intermediate skills in HTML and a basic understanding of web coding concepts are preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel
