Responsibilities:

Provide essential administrative support to two or more attorneys, ensuring smooth operations within the team.
Communicate effectively with witnesses, clients, colleagues, and partners, fostering positive relationships.
Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, opinions, complaints, and orders.
Maintain an accurate case record system, ensuring that all contacts and case materials are up to date.
File legal documents with various local courts in a timely manner.
Manage multiple agendas and deadlines, providing timely reminders to facilitate efficient workflow.
Schedule depositions, client meetings, and manage all attorney calendars.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for insurance defense.
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Zoom.
Familiarity with litigation management software systems is a plus.
Excellent time management and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in a secondary language is an advantage.
