Job Description:

• We provide dedicated and scaled support, strategic go-to-market plan development, partnership resources, product and policy insights based on user feedback, and scaled partnership management to ensure that all users can thrive within the client ecosystem. We ensure products get to market, support users when they need help and capture user feedback to drive product excellence and market fit.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver scaled help content with direct guidance. Assist with identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy, execute content strategies based on data analytics and understanding of best practices.
• Create and deliver end-to-end content with direct guidance, including, mock designs for A/B experimentation, training LLMs with Q/A pairs, and non-GTM updates. Assist with identification of appropriate format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.
• Develop base level knowledge across all Consumer product areas. Take direction from Comms Strategists, Vertical Lead, and Content & Innovation to execute content changes throughout the consumer product life cycle.

Experience:

• Firm grasp of HTML and CMS (Content Management Systems)
• 1+ years of practical experience in writing and copyediting.
• Proficiency in required content authoring tools.
• 1+ years of practical experience in writing and copyediting.
• Tooling proficiency for content production (ex. Figma, Composer, Asana, Pulse)

Education:

• Bachelor s or master s degree.
