Kelly is assisting our client, a large food distribution organization in Eau Claire with a Dock Helper role. This is a temporary to hire opportunity!

• Starting pay rate of $15.76/hr. to $18.96/hr. (Base rate + incentives)

The basics of working as Dock Helper include:
• Ensure inventory is received, processed, and organized efficiently and accurately
• Scanning of items and ensure product quality
• Staging items for put-away
• Meeting guidelines for safe food handling
• Consistently utilize proper lifting techniques and safe/correct operation of equipment
• Meet deadlines as part of a team
• Forklift certification, or willingness and ability to
Ready to get started? Here’s what it takes to apply for the Dock Helper role:
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to lift to 30lbs. regularly, 50lbs. frequently, and 100 lbs. occasionally
• Strong sense of self-motivation
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to meet shift and company goals
• Ability to work in coolers and freezers, temperatures will vary – appropriate work attire is required
