Job Description

We are looking for part-time, experienced Truck Drivers to serve our sales team and customers in a safe and timely manner. We buy trucks from across the U.S., but most deliveries to customers are within the Midwest region. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at nick@i90trucksales.com. Responsibilities

• Transport medium- and heavy-duty trucks from vendor lots to our business and/or deliver units to customers
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues before driving the truck off the vendor lot
• Report defects, failed components that require repair before leaving vendor lot, accidents and/or violations
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving, and retain all fuel/hotel/toll receipts
• Comply with applicable rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods), as well as with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Hold an active Commerical Driver's License (CDL) in good standing
• Proven work experience as a Truck Driver and no recent driving violations
• Ability to drive 8-10 hours at a time, if needed, and travel across state lines
• Willing and able to fly commercially
• Extensive knowledge of applicable rules and regulations, including DOT inspection basics
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, truck breakdowns, etc.)
• Mechanical adeptness is a plus
• Willing to submit background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
