Job Opportunity: Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney

Are you an experienced Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney seeking your next career opportunity? This is an exciting role for someone passionate about commercial real estate and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing.
Address legal questions related to land use, zoning matters, and restrictive covenants.
Work on complex projects involving historic tax credits and other tax credit structures.
Collaborate with the Real Estate team to deliver exceptional legal services.
Assist clients with acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of solid experience in transactional real estate.
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
