Position Overview:   As a Remote Tourism Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting dream vacations and facilitating extraordinary travel experiences for your own clients.

From exotic getaways to cultural explorations, your expertise and passion for travel will shine as you assist your own clients in planning their perfect trips.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with your clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary requirements.
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to secure bookings and negotiate competitive rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations and advice.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and payments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting additional services and upselling premium experiences.
  • Gain clients with marketing techniques. Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously. Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create unforgettable experiences for others.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
  • Computer or Laptop required.
  • Must be 18+ Years of age
