Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts. This role focuses on identifying and engaging US-based companies and tech teams in need of software engineering talent, while collaborating with our recruiting team to match the right offshore candidates with the open roles. The ideal candidate combines strong lead generation and business development skills with a solid understanding of recruiting processes and tech roles.

Track and report on lead generation, outreach activities, and client engagement metrics.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services and identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
Provide feedback to improve sales and recruiting processes, ensuring a seamless client and candidate experience.
Prior experience at a tech recruiting agency is highly desired.
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the staffing, tech, or B2B services industries.
Strong understanding of the software engineering landscape, including common roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with recruiting teams to align client needs with candidate qualifications.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (preferred).
