Job Description

Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable. Daily Tasks:

· Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.

· Provide informative and compassionate client service.

· Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.

· Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.

· Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Your Skills:

· Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

· At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.

· Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.

· Spanish fluency is a plus.
