Senior Product Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process, from concept through execution, while ensuring a seamless user experience across our products. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging designs, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Utilize testing techniques, including A/B testing, to validate design choices.
• Implement design theory and interaction design principles to enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across products.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS to facilitate communication with development teams.
• Experience in user experience design and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing techniques, including A/B testing and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of design theory and interaction design principles.
• Proficient in data visualization and copywriting for clear communication of design concepts.
• Ability to create and iterate on prototypes using design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and outcomes.
