Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations.
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues and training.
• Monitor Salesforce system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, and management within Salesforce.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform changes and best practices to enhance functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with data management, integration, and migration within Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
