We are looking for a SalesForce Administrator to join the team in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • System Optimization: Regularly monitor and maintain Salesforce system health, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system configurations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
  • Integration Management : Collaborate with IT and other departments to manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure Salesforce usage complies with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws. Implement governance frameworks and conduct audits to maintain compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with Salesforce vendors and consultants to optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or customizations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce capabilities, streamline processes, and improve user experience through automation and innovation.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in Salesforce-related projects, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and post-implementation support. Analyze current Salesforce configuration, implement enhancements and document improvements.
  • CPQ Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and enhancing Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). Proven ability to customize and optimize CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation. Experience with CPQ implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring alignment with sales and business objectives.

Reporting and Analytics: Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders. Regularly review reporting needs, optimize report performance, and ensure data accuracy across all visualizations. Collaborate with teams to develop custom reports and dashboards that align with business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot or a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and implement automated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Agile learner with the ability to quickly grasp and implement new technologies and concepts, including familiarity with other ERPs as needed.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, with the ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Ideally, we're looking for:

    

    • Experience working in startup environments, understanding their unique challenges and dynamics.
    • IT experience and knowledge, particularly in systems integration and data management.
    • Development skills such as Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Component Framework.
    • Experience with data migration projects, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
    • Familiarity with data analysis concepts, including the ability to interpret and manipulate Salesforce data for reporting and decision-making using MS Excel or Google sheets

    • <5% Occasional travel may be required for training or team meetings
