Job Title: HVAC Sales Engineer

Location: Bronx, New York

Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 (Base + Commission)

A leading HVAC manufacturer and installer in the Bronx is seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a technically knowledgeable sales professional who can bridge customer needs with the right HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess customer requirements and provide technically sound HVAC recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure sales.
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with HVAC product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thermal Dynamics a plus).
• Knowledge and background in HVAC systems, operations, and functions.
• Familiarity with construction and building applications, a plus.
• HVAC equipment selection software knowledge, a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, a plus.
• Proven experience in HVAC sales or technical sales engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and projects.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
