Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while protecting our clients' interests. This role is integral to facilitating successful real estate transactions and leasing agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements and leasing contracts.
  • Provide legal advice on financing options, land use regulations, and zoning issues.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence to assess property titles, leases, and other necessary documentation.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and transactions with lenders, buyers, and sellers.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to address any legal issues that arise during transactions.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Valid license to practice law in WA
  • 3+ years experience in real estate transactional law.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, leasing, financing, and land use.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
