Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Clinic

Role Overview:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will collaborate with licensed physical therapists to deliver personalized, hands-on care focused on enhancing each patient's mobility, recovery, and overall well-being. We are committed to maintaining a patient-first approach, with no double bookings for therapists, allowing for individualized, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing and executing customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
* Use therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomes
* Operate specialized therapy equipment to aid in patient recovery and progress
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, tracking progress and adjustments to care plans
* Provide guidance on post-treatment care, wellness strategies, and injury prevention

Qualifications:

* Active PTA licensure in Washington State
* Experience in manual therapy is a plus
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment
