Nurse Practitioner / PA- Primary & Urgent Care interested to work in Middletown, Port Jervis and Chester locations in New York for a Full-time positions.

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with proven clinical skills and well experienced in Urgent Care ready and willing to work in Private Practice which is a primary and Urgent care facility with sub specialty support, labs and Radiology Department and long-standing credentials operating since 1984 with over 200 providers and still growing.

Location: The opening is for Middletown, Port Jervis and Chester locations.

  Salary Range:  

• $60.00 - $65.00 per hour, with benefits and productivity bonus which gives high earning potential. It provides a win-win situation to prepare providers as good performers with high earning potential

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner to practice in the State of NY (Required)
• Physician Assistant License eligible to practice in NY (Required)
• At least one year of experience in the specialty (Preferred)

• Provide high-quality care to patients.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and efficient documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Ability to work in high volume work environment
