About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing and Reimbursement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our upcoming projects, ensuring smooth billing and collections for various payors, including commercial, government, and managed care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the billing and collections of outstanding account balances for assigned payors.
Ensure that claims are submitted accurately and in a timely manner, with clean delivery tickets.
Input data into our systems and manually upload claims as necessary.
Follow up with accounts receivable (AR) and payors to confirm receipt of claims.
Take initiative to resolve any claim denials independently.
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care pharmacy billing, preferably in a commercial setting.
Familiarity with HMO, PPO, capitated payers, and Medicaid managed care payers.
Knowledge of 340B guidelines and regulations, including factor drug billing, compound drug billing, and TPN.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CPR+ software is a plus.
