Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Discover local third-party warehousing and distribution service providers in the UAE, contact and evaluate their timeliness and services, and select the best partners.
Responsible for the docking and management of the entire process of goods entry, storage, exit, distribution, returns, inventory, etc., to ensure smooth flow of goods.
Connect the online operations department/offline stores and service providers, and accurately communicate internal orders to each service provider in a timely manner through ERP/WMS/email.
Track and monitor the entire delivery process of delivery orders, efficiently handle various abnormal problems, and control the quality of delivery and after-sales services.
Negotiate independently with service providers, reasonably control warehousing and distribution costs, and supervise and establish claims processes and systems.
Execution of warehousing and distribution expense reconciliation and payment related work.
Complete temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders and require coordination with other departments.
