We are seeking a Furniture Assembly Lead with a proven track record of leadership and efficiency for our Farmers Branch warehouse. This Lead Role with help hire and train new staff while getting hands on with current furniture assembly needs. 

Job Description

• Lead and supervise the furniture assembly team to achieve production goals. 
• Train and mentor team members on assembly techniques and safety protocols. 
• Inspect assembled products for quality and adherence to company standards. 
• Collaborate with management to develop assembly schedules and timelines. 
• Address and resolve issues during the assembly process. 
• Assist in the assembly of furniture as needed, demonstrating best practices. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a relevant leadership position
• Ability to know how and use power tools, various clamps, drills and tool sets to be successful in the role and willingness to learn, develop as new machinery is being introduced 
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings in both languages.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting, particularly regarding outdoor materials.

Additional Information

Salary: $47,000-52,000
