Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow in the sales field while supporting our sales team in their day-to-day operations. The position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you’ll assist with sales, customer service, and administrative duties. Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including lead generation and customer follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the sales team by maintaining organized records of client interactions, sales reports, and contracts.
• Prepare sales presentations and assist in preparing promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales department.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the sales field is essential.
