About job:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in event management. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings. You will work closely with our experienced event coordinators to ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour

Job:  Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
  • Support the logistics and operations team in executing event plans.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services.
  • Help manage event budgets and track expenses efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of event materials and presentations.
  • Conduct research to find potential venues and suppliers for upcoming events.
  • Gather feedback from participants to improve future events.,
  • Maintain organized records and files related to event planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms for event promotion.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced event professionals.
