Position Overview:
The Construction Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring our documentation and administrative processes run smoothly. This position involves managing project files, maintaining records, and assisting with the preparation and submission of RFPs to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain project records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Assist in the preparation and submission of RFPs, ensuring compliance with client requirements
Coordinate and track project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence
Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to project-related documents
Support project managers with administrative tasks as needed
Monitor deadlines for RFP submissions and follow up on outstanding requests
Assist in data entry and reporting for project performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in the construction industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with RFP processes and construction documentation is a plus
