Experienced Head Chef Wanted – Busy West Loop Restaurant
Large restaurant/bar/event space looking to add a performance driven leader to our Kitchen staff. We are looking for a motivated, experienced Head Chef who can handle a fast paced and extremely high-volume environment. Experience with menu formulation, inventory, ordering and food costs a must. Must be able to hire, schedule and oversee BOH employees.

$75,000 - $85,000

ROLE: HEAD CHEF
The ideal candidate possesses strong culinary knowledge, solid organizational skills, and excellent communication. Knowledge of foodservice kitchen management (staffing, ordering, inventory and team leadership) in a high-volume environment is required.
Ability to build and lead a strong kitchen team who works well under pressure is a must.
