You will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers, telephony, and customer management software.
