Immigration Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration law and will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to immigration and nationality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters
Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including family-based and employment-based cases
Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration laws and policies
Represent clients in immigration hearings and appeals before administrative agencies
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on case progress
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management
Assist clients with understanding their rights and obligations under immigration law

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
Experience in immigration law and handling immigration cases
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to advocating for clients' rights and interests
