Position Highlights:

• Diverse Transactional Exposure: Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing agreements across asset classes such as office, multifamily, industrial, logistics, hospitality, and more.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school with a solid academic record.
  
• 1-6 years of experience in real estate transactions, ideally with exposure to high-value, complex deals
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  
• Admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligibility for admission)
